Why am I still incurring charges after I lock or return the vehicle?
In order to stop being charged for your ride, you will need to tap “End Ride”. *Check if you have locked the vehicle correctly. You will hear a tone once the vehicle is locked properly. *Wait at least one minute for the ride to finish processing after locking the vehicle. *Please check whether your phone has good cellular data and/or Wi-Fi connection *Try closing and restarting the app *Hold the single button on the display of the vehicle for 3-5 seconds If none of the above suggestion
Dispute a Fare
Please submit a request from the Cosmic App so we can investigate further. We will send a response to you within 24-48 hours.
I was charged incorrectly/I was charged more than once for this ride
You can see your past rides and receipts in "Ride History? in your Cosmic app. If you still find the amount you paid to be an error please submit a request so we can investigate further from your Cosmic app. We will send a response to you via email within 24-48 hours.
You add a payment method to your account by navigating to "Payment" in the Cosmic app menu. This will be the default payment option for each ride. We currently accept American Express, Discover Network, MasterCard, and Visa credit cards.
My discount code didn’t work
If you have just signed up and the promo code you attempted to use did not work, please submit a request and we will adjust your payment accordingly. Please make sure that the code you are using is not expired or that you have not used it in the past.
Understanding Trip Fare
Cosmic Go charges a fixed rate to unlock a vehicle and then per minute as you ride. Rates and promotions may vary by city, day of the week and time of day. Please refer to your Cosmic Go app for exact costs by tapping on a vehicle on the map.
