In order to stop being charged for your ride, you will need to tap “End Ride”.

*Check if you have locked the vehicle correctly. You will hear a tone once the vehicle is locked properly.
*Wait at least one minute for the ride to finish processing after locking the vehicle.
*Please check whether your phone has good cellular data and/or Wi-Fi connection
*Try closing and restarting the app
*Hold the single button on the display of the vehicle for 3-5 seconds
