How can I park the ride to make sure no one else can use it?
For those who booked the scooter for the whole day/week/month, you can park using the Digital Locking System. For the bikes, you can use the mechanical lock when you park.
For your safety and the safety of others, please make sure not to park scooters on the sidewalk outside of pedestrian access or any private property. When using Cosmic Go, please park in areas outside the main pedestrian pathway, where bikes are typically found. Do not park in locations that are not permitted, which includes, but are not limited to, wheelchair ramps, the middle of bike or pedestrian pathways, hospital entrances, fire stations, inside gated communities, and remote locations wher
Finishing a ride
To lock scooters, please park them properly and press "End Ride" on your app. Some cities also offer marked scooter-parking areas that make it easy for the next rider to find the vehicle. You will be asked to take a photo at the end of your ride to confirm your parking job. When your ride is complete, you will receive a ride summary.
I was charged incorrectly and I need a refund
You may have received a charge on your card which is a verification of funds and a temporary charge that is refunded after the verification. The charge may be between $0.75 USD and $2 USD and is refunded within 3-7 days though typically much faster. If you believe you are being charged incorrectly or don't recognize a charge we would like to apologize for any inconveniences.
